Roam Auto Sales & Leasing is a modern Ontario-based fleet leasing and management company serving commercial clients across industries such as construction, property management, service trades, and logistics. Our full-service model—covering vehicle acquisition, leasing, maintenance, and remarketing—enables clients to focus on their core business.

We're growing our commercial presence and are seeking a driven B2B Sales Consultant with a hunter's mindset to expand our client base and build lasting relationships.

Role Summary

As a B2B Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and strategic account development. You'll identify, engage, and close deals with business decision-makers, creating custom leasing and fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Engage with fleet managers, operations directors, and business owners to understand their vehicle and leasing needs.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing models for leasing and fleet management services.
  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handoff to account management and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, fleet operations, logistics) to deliver top-tier client service.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reports using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging vehicle technologies to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in fleet, automotive, equipment leasing, or similar industries).
  • Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of vehicle/fleet leasing or financial service solutions is an asset.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to manage your own territory and targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record (required).
  • OMVIC certificate

  • OTE of $110k, with a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan
