The Role
We're looking for a Fleet Manager to join our Toronto team. You'll be responsible for a mix of managing clients, vehicles, inventory, and ensuring everything automotive is taken care of. Your mission: help people discover the freedom of subscribing to a car instead of owning one.
What You'll Do

- Guide clients into selecting the right vehicle
- Manage on-road issues, including damage, swaps, tires, and glass
- Help your clients manage their entire household's vehicles - even if they aren't Roam's
- Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and events.
- Conduct discovery conversations and recommend the right subscription plan.
- Manage the full sales cycle—initial contact to subscription sign-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on growth initiatives.
- Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive, bodyshop, or sales experience is a huge asset
- Motivated communicator who thrives on closing deals.
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (automotive a plus, not required).
- Energetic self-starter, eager to grow in a startup environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt.
- Passion for mobility, sustainability, and new models of transportation.
Compensation & Growth
- $45K–$60K base salary + stock options.
- Comprehensive benefits.
- Access to company vehicles (where applicable).
- Career growth opportunities as Roam expands across Ontario and into other provinces.
- A fun, mission-driven, and supportive team.
Join Roam and help redefine the future of mobility in Canada.
