Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in outside sales, business development, and account management within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for building client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and supporting territory management efforts to drive growth across our B2B client base.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in in-person campaign and prospecting to identify potential business clients within assigned territories
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits
  • Develop and manage new and existing accounts through effective account management strategies
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights for analysis purposes
  • Support territory management efforts by analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships

Experience

  • Prior experience in outside sales, management, or business development is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes including lead generation, direct sales, territory management, and account management
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, technology sales, product demos, and negotiation techniques is a plus
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for customer service roles in retail or technical sales environments

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (mandatory).
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
  • Eligible to work in Ontario.
  • Clear Background Check
