The Role

We are seeking a results-driven SaaS B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead our sales efforts, strengthen relationships with high-level decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

This position focuses primarily on consultative B2B software sales, complemented by a strategic marketing component to support lead generation and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B SaaS sales strategies targeting C-level executives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, and demos to closing and onboarding.
  • Lead and deliver product demonstrations (in person or via Zoom)
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Support marketing efforts, content, outreach, and event campaigns
  • Provide feedback on client needs and help refine product direction

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or Technology sales, (preferably with C-level or enterprise clients)
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
  • Strategic thinking and ability to work independently and proactively

Additional Details

  • This is an in-office position at our Markham office
  • Hybrid work option available after initial onboarding and performance stage
  • A personal interview is required as part of the selection process
  • Occasional flexibility for remote meetings may apply
