We are seeking a professional and personable
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the face of our office, welcoming clients, answering phones, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Front Desk & Client Service
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Monitor general email inbox and respond to inquiries or forward them as needed
Administrative Support
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for team members
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space
- Support client onboarding by preparing documents and collecting required forms
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with accounting team to support client communication and scheduling
- Assist with internal communications and basic project coordination
- Participate in administrative initiatives and support continuous improvement of office processes
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, front-desk, or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn
- A team player who can work well with different personalities in the work environment
