Job Overview

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Dessert Shop Coordinator to join our opening team

As the face of 6 Cloud, you'll play a key role in greeting customers, serving desserts with care, and creating a welcoming, positive environment that reflects our brand's joyful and creative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and overall shop presentation
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with supply ordering when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
  • Support staff communication and teamwork during service hours
  • Handle customer feedback and help create memorable dessert experiences

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, café, or food service (preferred)
  • Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and daily operations
  • A positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and eye for detail
  • Passion for desserts and hospitality
