Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dessert Shop Coordinator to oversee daily operations in our shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining an efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the industry, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop environment

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices is preferred
