As a Front of House Associate, you will focus on the following:

  • "Barista" activities, i.e., preparing and serving drinks for our customers, including Coffees, Matcha's, and Tea's
  • "Customer service" activities such as welcoming customers in our store, answering phone calls and emails, taking and fulfilling dessert or sandwich orders
  • "Marketing" activities, such as working directly with the founder and supervisors to launch new products, organize events, and scale new offerings
  • "Store upkeep" activities, such as tidying up the store, checking cleanliness, monitoring inventory
  • As needed, our front of house associate will support the back of house team with simpler tasks, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our products and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
