If you are an entrepreneurial mind, aiming to be part of a business that is rapidly expanding, then this is the place to be. **As a Front of House Associate, you will focus on the following**: - "Barista" activities, i.e., preparing and serving drinks for our customers, including Coffees, Matcha's, and Tea's - "Marketing" activities, such as working directly with the founder and supervisors to launch new products, organize events, and scale new offerings - "Store upkeep" activities, such as tidying up the store, checking cleanliness, monitoring inventory - As needed, our front of house associate will support the back of house team with simpler tasks, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our products and processes **Hours & Benefits** - Tips - 4% vacation pay - Sponsored health, dental, life, and disability coverage after 6 months of tenure - 40 hours / week - Steady schedule, with 2 consecutive days off **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Paid time off - Store discount Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Front of House: 1 year (preferred) - Barista: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
