We are excited to announce our search for **A Front of House Coordinator**in our Toronto Beaches. In this role you’ll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON’s brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.

**The Front of House Coordinator summary of responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Running the front of house and all tasks associated with maintaining the highest level of client experience for all WAXON clients
- Meeting sales expectations in loyalty & rebook conversion
- Addressing any concerns or lower-level client complaints following WAXON protocols for client resolution

**Guest & Team Interaction**:

- Greeting and assisting guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcome
- Managing the Guest Service team and ensuring they are meeting performance expectations
- Hosting weekly one on one’s with Guest service team

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Managing the Guest service team schedules and remaining on budget
- Some reporting & banking responsibilities
- Administrative tasks within the Zenoti system
- Assisting the RM in monthly Inventory tasks

**Key Requirements**:

- Presented polished & professional, with full WAXON uniform
- A people person with strong communication skills
- Strong ability in sales
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative
- Being a strong ambassador of the WAXON brand
- Demonstrating WAXON core values to the highest standard
- Following all WAXON policies + procedures
- Experience in Reception / customer service
- Professional and motivated
- Hospitality-focused approach/attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include a client session in the evening or weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-10
