Our client is a fast-growing Toronto real estate development firm looking to hire a
driven, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Communications Coordinator
to join their collaborative team. This is a high-impact role supporting daily operations, communications, scheduling, marketing, financial organization, bookkeeping, and our social media presence. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in keeping the projects and internal workflows running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support & Scheduling -
    Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas.
  • Communications &Coordination-
    Draft emails, prepare notes, support investor communications, and assist in presentations.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support -
    Plan and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Support basic marketing initiatives and project updates.
  • Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable -
    Track invoices, manage payables, assist with bookkeeping workflows, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Project & Office Administration -
    Organize documents, maintain reporting, and support development processes.
  • General Operations-
    Be the go-to person ensuring the office runs efficiently as the firm scales.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (1+ years) required
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Experience in social media posting and basic marketing tasks
  • Capable of handling standard bookkeeping and accounts payable duties with support
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs including Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car is required (role may require errands from time to time, performing site visits, etc.)
