We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and facilitating effective communication among team members. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Supervise clerical staff and provide training development to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed to enhance office productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing clerical duties effectively.
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes and procurement practices.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to develop training programs that foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
