Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Project Coordinator based in Vaughan, ON. The Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, liaise between internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables are met, and manage documentation for all project phases. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, organizing and scheduling resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordination skills, including scheduling and resource management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients
  • Proficiency in documentation and organizational tools, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management software or ERP systems is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a beneficial
  • Previous experience in project coordination roles within the electrical, communications, or related industries is advantageous
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
