We currently have an opportunity for a Pursuits Coordinator to join National Pursuits Team.  The Pursuits Coordinator provides 50% support to the National Proposal Team and 50% administrative support to the National Preconstruction Team, ensuring smooth coordination between pursuit efforts, preconstruction planning, and business operations. This hybrid position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to grow within a dynamic national construction organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Team Support (50%)

  • Assist with proposal production, formatting, editing, and submission logistics for RFQs and RFPs.
  • Maintain pursuit databases, resumes, and project sheets.
  • Support proposal scheduling, coordination meetings, and document version control.

Preconstruction Team Support (50%)

  • Provide administrative assistance to the National Preconstruction Lead and team, including scheduling, meeting notes, and report preparation.
  • Support documentation tracking for estimates, design-assist deliverables, and pursuit handoffs.
  • Assist in data organization, SharePoint updates, and resource tracking.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or marketing role.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign experience an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach and interest in learning about proposal and preconstruction processes.
  • Bilingualism is an asset
