Our mission is to help couples find the ideal resort that offers essential amenities and the best deals on transportation and lodging.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Vaughan, ON for a Sales Admin at DreamWed. The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maintaining customer records, facilitating sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring smooth workflow, and handling administrative tasks related to sales and customer relations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing team members
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience in the wedding or hospitality industry is a plus
