ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Warranty Administrator to join our team at BMW Royal Oak/MINI Calgary. This position would be a 12 month contr
The successful candidate is someonewho is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess codes, invoice and submit all warranty claims, and maintain warranty control and rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department
Ensure warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured
Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager
Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files
Other duties as assigned by manager
ABOUT YOU
Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2 years' warranty experience
Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desire to exceed customer expectations=
