Position Overview:

Crystal Creek Homes is seeking a full-time Warranty Technician to support the Warranty Team by managing homeowner service requests and performing maintenance and repairs throughout the warranty period. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service, timely responses, and uphold the company's standards for client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Warranty Administrator to schedule and manage trade contractors for warranty-related work.
  • Conduct service calls, inspections, and repairs, including drywall touch-ups, paint corrections, squeaky doors, and other home maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and follow up on service work to ensure completion meets company standards, reporting progress to the Warranty Manager.
  • Educate homeowners on proper home maintenance and operation to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with homeowners and team members regarding project status.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct walkthroughs at warranty check-in dates, advising homeowners on warrantable issues and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Warranty Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on home maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong understanding of construction fundamentals and warranty processes.
  • Hands-on experience with drywall, painting, and interior finishing repairs.
  • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office, MS Teams, and Homefront software, is an asset.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple service requests efficiently.
  • Professional, calm, and positive demeanor when interacting with homeowners.
