Barnes Powersports Blackfoot is currently seeking to expand our team with a **Full-Time Warranty Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the **Warranty Administrator** is responsible for processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong communication with both manufacturers and our internal service team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the dealership is properly reimbursed for all warranty-related work and that customers receive exceptional after-sale service.
**The job**:
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and distributors.
- Review repair orders and verify warranty coverage and labor operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and parts staff to ensure accurate information.
- Track warranty parts returns and follow up on claim payments.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty submissions, approvals, and denials.
- Support the Service Department with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
**The requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous dealership or warranty administration experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with DMS or warranty claim systems is an asset.
- Valid **Class 5 Driver’s License** upon employment.

**Pay Plan**:Hourly + commissions
