Are you a problem-solver with a passion for customer service and dealership operations? Peterbilt Southern Alberta is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department and play a key role in our continued success.
What You'll Do:
- Warranty Processing:
- Answer customer and staff questions about warranty coverage
- Identify potential warrantable repairs and get involved early
- Advise and direct Service Department staff on warranty procedures
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to maximize payment
- Track and ship warranty parts as needed
- Communicate with customers about warranty outcomes and address concerns
Repair Order Preparation & Review:
- Record and review all required information in dealership systems
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure accurate information capture
- Review technician stories, parts, and core return needs
- Prepare final invoices for closure and submission
Customer Satisfaction:
- Provide friendly, professional, and caring service
- Educate customers on warranty processes
- Accept feedback and work with the department to improve service
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warranty processes and dealership operations
- Experience with dealership systems (Decisiv, CDK, SDL) is an asset
- Commitment to top-notch customer service
