Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator (Part-Time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous office management or clerical experience is preferred. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office workflow and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence, reports, and scheduling tasks.
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person
- Support office management functions such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files
- Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies and procedures
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative background preferred, including clerical or medical receptionist roles such as dental or medical receptionists
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and phone etiquette skills for handling customer support and support roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
