About PremierPSW

PremierPSW is a new, technology-driven PSW agency aiming to build a Canada-wide network of highly qualified, passionate Personal Support Workers. We use digital tools to drive efficiency and share savings back with frontline workers through performance-based bonuses.

We're hiring our first Business Development & Sales Manager – a founding role with a clear pathway toward Chief Marketing & Sales Officer as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting healthcare institutions (LTC homes, clinics, community agencies) and private families.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects: outreach, meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Shape PremierPSW's brand and messaging to attract both clients and PSWs.
  • Forge partnerships with complementary service providers who serve the same client base.
  • Identify and help access government programs and funding related to healthcare and workforce development.
  • Advise the founders on growth strategy, pricing, and market positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales / business development experience in the Canadian healthcare sector (home care, LTC, staffing, healthcare solutions, etc.).
  • Proven record of winning and growing B2B accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a startup environment and willing to take calculated risks.
  • Passion for improving patient care and supporting frontline workers.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PSW/home care or healthcare staffing.
  • Familiarity with government funding programs in healthcare.
  • Experience with CRM and basic digital marketing tools.
