Jombone is seeking experienced ambitious Sales professionals to join our team. If you are an active listener, with a hunger to chase and close new business this is the job for you.

**Role**:Business Development Manager
- Strategize & execute account planning and mining activities.
- Hunt, nurture, close mid-market & enterprise named accounts.
- Ensure growth of sales pipeline with regular business development and CRM activities.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of sales operations including, go-to market and account management initiatives.
- A good understanding of business, industry pain points, and an ability to converse with business leaders
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Ability to maintain and foster relationships with senior client executives.
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and virtual meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Qualify prospects against sales criteria for ideal customers and sales
- Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
- Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
- Draft, deliver and close proposals
- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
- Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems
- Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and recognition
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
- Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop new sales tools
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/account management experience
- A good understanding of sales, lead generation, and an ability to maintain a healthy business pipeline
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI’s
- Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
- Strong expertise of staffing and recruitment industry.
