**Key Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Expertise**: Leverage your extensive background in B2B interactions within the consumer packaged goods and retail space to navigate complex client relationships.
- **Account Management**: Manage and grow relationships with major accounts in the CPG and retail sectors, meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- **Cold Outreach**: Utilize your deep industry connections and insights to identify and engage potential clients, positioning SkuCaster as the solution of choice.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to the specific needs and challenges of CPG and retail clients.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients, leveraging your industry knowledge to understand their unique requirements.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute account plans, drawing upon your industry insights, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, utilizing your knowledge to position SkuCaster as an industry leader.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Employ your extensive network and relationships to nurture long-term client partnerships, ensuring their success with SkuCaster's solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven background in B2B contexts within the consumer packaged goods and retail space, either in a sales role or supply chain capacity.
- A track record of success in achieving or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
- Preferred: A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
**Compensation**:
- Base Salary: $80,000+
- Uncapped Commission: A competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including health, dental, and retirement plans.
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
