- Build SOP's and processes to meet streamline efficiencies in compliance with QA standards.
- Maintain supplier performance scorecards and drive corrective actions;
- Own raw-material inventory accuracy and lot traceability to meet internal QA standards and complete documentation
- set safety-stock and Reorder Points (ROP);

- Coordinate with the contract manufacturer on build schedules, materials readiness, and change control (formula, label, pack); ensure production documentation supports end-to-end traceability; enter production in NetSuite.
WHAT YOU BRING

- Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers; strong supplier negotiation and performance management.
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting, aligning production schedules with purchasing strategies.
- Understanding of shipping documentation and any affiliated regulations for ingredients or raw materials, primarily sourced in North America.
- Preferred knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles that apply to procurement or supply chain processes.
- Systems fluency: ERP/MRP and WMS; advanced Excel; comfort with lot control, COAs, FIFO/FEFO, and shelf-life practices.
- Planning discipline & follow-through: Maintains reliable process flow and accurate documentation.
- Decision quality under time pressure: Uses data to make timely calls and escalate with clear rationale during supply/production changes.
- Adaptability in an ever-changing scaling environment
