Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate and supervise supply chain operations, case distributions, and delivery. We are looking for the skills of attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis.

Logistics Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate supply chain operations
  • Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to suggest modifications and improvements
  • Monitor the status and location of cases in the lab using the lab scheduling software and report their progress to the production supervisors
  • Manage, evaluate, assess and make recommendations regarding courier accounts
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, shipping and receiving, and most often the lab supervisors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential delays, quality issues, or other problems that could impact timelines or efficiency and bring these to the production supervisors.
  • Document progress, track metrics, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
  • High school diploma or a GED certificate
  • A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management is an asset
  • Prior working experience involving logistics management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
