Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate and supervise supply chain operations, case distributions, and delivery.

Logistics Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate supply chain operations
  • Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to suggest modifications and improvements
  • Monitor the status and location of cases in the lab using the lab scheduling software and report their progress to the production supervisors
  • Manage, evaluate, assess and make recommendations regarding courier accounts
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, shipping and receiving, and most often the lab supervisors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. 
  • Identify potential delays, quality issues, or other problems that could impact timelines or efficiency and bring these to the production supervisors.
  • Document progress, track metrics, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
  • High school diploma or a GED certificate
  • A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management is an asset
  • Prior working experience involving logistics management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
