Cambrian Ford is a sales leading, progressive, high volume and growing Ford automotive dealership in Sudbury, Ontario. We hire dynamic individuals and provide them with the tools to be successful. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests.

Service Advisor primary role:

  • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
  • Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
  • Communicates with customer about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.
  • Documents repair order changes and inspects finished repair order for proper completion and pricing accuracy.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Superior customer service skills able to create positive customer relationships
  • Valid G or G2 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of ERA Ignite an asset
  • Previous dealership experience an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
