Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns

- Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance

- Schedule service appointments and coordinating service timelines

-Schedule and assign work to automotive technicians

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed

- Invoice customer and process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Skills:

- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes preferred

- Basic mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
