We specialize in the repair and maintenance of european, domestic and imported vehicles, SUVs, and light duty trucks. What does this great opportunity as Service Advisor Assistant look like day to day

  • Greet customers
  • Review maintenance plan with customers
  • Prepare work orders before customer arrival
  • Print authorization
  • Quote and sell services and repairs
  • Update customer info eg. Address, phone #, Email
  • Answer phones
  • Cashing out customers
  • Setting up after hour pick up
  • Create new work orders and invoices
  • Communication with customers Via Text (Using our texting platform)
  • Sell deferred service prior to customers arrival
  • Receive parts invoices to work order

Must have requirements

  • Protractor Software Experience
  • Driver's License
  • Positive attitude
  • Read and write English
  • Grade 12 education

Job Type: Full-time
