- Greeting customers
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Meeting with customers to determine technical needs
- Writing work orders and translating customer issues to technicians
- Monitoring maintenance and repairs on numerous vehicles
- Complete and review invoices with customers

Personal Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task
- Experience in the automotive industry an asset
- Must be honest and ethical

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Automotive industry: 1 year (required)
