Undermount Farm Ltd. is currently seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a leading provider of agricultural products, we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations, including financial management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
- Document all collection activities accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on payment commitments and monitor payment arrangements to ensure compliance.
- Identify and escalate accounts that require further action, such as legal proceedings or credit reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and address billing discrepancies.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and account statuses to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections practices is an asset.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: $22.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
