Your challenge- The Collection Credit Agent’s mission is to provide technical assistance to his or her team and perform a wide range of tasks related to collection activities to ensure the achievement of his or her department's business objectives and the delivery of a high-quality customer service. You are responsible for all operational and transactional activities aimed at resolving delinquent invoice problems by establishing payment agreements with customers and continuously updating data in the systems. Finally, you identify and resolve internal process irregularities to improve service efficiency and eliminate any financial risks.- Individual responsibilities**Accountable**
- Ensure that data entered into information systems and forms is complete and accurate
- Process and resolve dispute files as quickly as possible

**Responsible**
- Actively participate in reaching the objectives of the collections unit
- Analyze customer discounts, obtain the necessary approvals and process them in the different systems
- Communicate with customers and resolve collection problems
- Help customers find solutions to outstanding invoices
- Make requests for modifications of customer accounts in the computer system
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the Collections Specialist
- Experiences and strengths- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a range of partners
- Ability to overcome ambiguities and complex situations
- Ability to collaborate with team members and colleagues
- High level of autonomy
- Judgment needed to ensure follow-up and effective implementation of solutions in accordance with company priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English to support professional interactions
- Agility needed to work with various technological tools
- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
