- Actively participate in reaching the objectives of the collection’s unit
- Analyze customer discounts, obtain the necessary approvals, and process them in the system.
- Communicate with customers and resolve collection problems.
- Help customers find solutions to outstanding invoices.
- Make requests for modifications of customer accounts in the computer system.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the AR Supervisor.

- 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
- University or collegee diploma in related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a range of partners.
- High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English, oral and written skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organization. (French is an asset but not required)
