We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy and organization, and thrives in a professional office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed
- Support the Senior Admin and advisory team in daily operations
- Prepare and review financial and non-financial documentation
- Maintain and update client information in the Client Management System
- Contact clients to schedule appointments and confirm details
- Prepare paperwork for client signatures (physical and electronic)
- Assist clients with tax documentation
- Update advisor schedules and calendars
- File, organize, and process paperwork
- Maintain the professional appearance of the office
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Education & Training Requirements**
- Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- College diploma or university degree is an asset
- Mutual Fund Licence (Ontario) - asset
- Life Insurance Licence (Ontario) - asset
- Financial services or banking experience - asset

**Position Details**
- Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
- Salary: From $20/hour to start
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts (flexible between 9am-5pm)
- No weekends or holidays
- On-site only (no remote work)
- On-site parking available
- Occasional coverage required for Senior Admin absences
