Your communication and interpersonal skills will help create a positive, professional impression as you greet and triage patients, providing a high level of customer service. You can quickly and accurately enter test orders from various requisitions into the Laboratory Information System, as well as perform general administrative duties. With a high level of precision, you can meet deadlines and benchmarks following policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety of patients, coworkers, and yourself. You are self-led and accountable for your actions and learn from mistakes. Comfortably moving between worlds, you can develop positive, effective, and collaborative working relationships within a team environment. **Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant post-secondary education. Previous data entry experience within the last 6 months preferred. Training and experience in Epic Connect Care with CP Lab Assistant with Result Entry is preferred. Healthcare or clinical laboratory experience with knowledge of laboratory tests delivered. Medical Terminology, knowledge of medical laboratory testing. Experience, courses or training in customer service and/or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
