**US Patent Clerk - Toronto - Hybrid**

- The Role_
Your responsibilities are to provide support as a US Patent Clerk and conduct internal patent filing/prosecution and preparations.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3+ year of relevant work experience as a Patent Assistant or Patent Clerk with expertise knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); IP docketing and billing software;
- Review and report prosecution documents (examination requests and notices of allowance)
- Oversee the updating of database with change and client information
- Producing high volume of work, completed meticulously and precise
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all members

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per hour
