_**ABOUT THE ROLE**_
- Process Accounts Payable and freight payables
- Verify receiving documents to purchase orders and invoices
- Input/update payables to computer system
- Investigate variances relating to processing of invoices with vendors and/or internal departments
- **WHAT YOU BRING**:_
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment preferred
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Post-secondary education and related experience an asset
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Superior customer service skills combined with ability to prioritize and multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
