Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, the **Account Payable Coordinator** is responsible for managing invoice data entry, and providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Pull invoices and reorganizing them into appropriate folders
- Review vendor statements
- Organize back charges
- Enter utility invoices
- Maintain spreadsheet data
- Maintain existing organizational processes
- Verify and troubleshoot discrepancies when they arise internally, and with vendors
- Obtain and monitor WCB clearances
- Perform other additional duties as required

**Education and Experience**
- 0-2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Experience using Sage 300 and HomeFront is an asset
- Diploma in Accounting, or a similar field is an asset

Pay: $33,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
