Brahm-Crete Systems is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management Coordinator. **Position: Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for payments.
- Conduct periodic vendor statement reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and track movement of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate receiving and storage of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate reports on inventory status, including stock levels and inventory turnover.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable, payables, and inventory.
- Provide input for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
