**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing all fleet documents while ensuring all equipment have proper documentation.
- Maintain driver qualification files in compliance with the regulations set out by the MTO & DOT.
- Provide ongoing Compliance support for our Team based out of Etobicoke & Kleinburg, ON.
- Regular travel to the Kleinburg, ON office will be required
- Manage our Drug & Alcohol testing program to ensure compliance.
- Assist with accident management as required.
- Assist with the driver hiring process to ensure drivers meet regulatory and company qualification.
- Assist in renewal of permits & issuance of fuel cards.
- Managing, processing and auditing driver logs. Follow up on any outstanding discrepancies.
- Assist with other Safety and compliance functions as required.

**Requirements / Experience**:

- General understanding of e-logs and Hours of Service regulations is an asset.
- 1-year verifiable experience in Safety & Compliance within the logistics/trucking industry (preferred)
- Able to meet deadlines with a high level of efficiency.
- Experience working experience with Isaac (electronic log program) is an asset.
- Well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft is an asset (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and passion to implement/lead different teams on new software platform(s)
