**Duties**

- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage payroll inquiries and coordinate with the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and employee/contractor payments.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to implement change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with employment standards and company standards.
- Participate in project management activities and with other Regional Managers to support HR initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
**Experience**
- A degree/diploma (or equivalent) in HR, or related experience is a MUST
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field is MUST.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule:
