**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to driving the successful delivery of our strategic growth plan. The Project Coordinator will support a diverse portfolio of projects ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. With a focus on planning, scheduling, cost management, safety, and quality, the Project Coordinator will be a key player in managing HVAC and plumbing projects across various sectors.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with our Planning Team to review and develop project execution plans.
- Plan the utilization of workforce, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to optimize project performance.
- Manage the procurement, organization, and timely release of materials and equipment.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and schedule subcontractors and external professional contractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, ensuring critical milestones are achieved.
- Ensure project compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, consultants, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
- Uphold company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA) standards are consistently met and deliverables are on schedule.
- Assist in reviewing and managing scope changes.
- Support project close-out activities, including preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, as-built documentation, test reports, and commissioning records.
- Prepare and present monthly project status reports to the Operations Team.
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project coordination or management experience in HVAC and Plumbing projects. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of multi-residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and projects efficiently and provide status updates.
- Ability to interpret and analyze architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Flexible and adaptable work approach with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices (WHMIS, First Aid) is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: $41,436.38-$81,900.60 per year
