Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Reports to: Administrative manager.
Job Description: Bookkeeping/ Administraive assisstant.
- Handles all aspects of accounts payable (A/P): entering approved payables, processing checks and mailing accordingly.
- Handles all aspects of accounts receivables, and matching invoices.
- Handles some aspects of general ledger (G/L)
- Verifies and compiles deposits and enters accordingly.
- Handles employee payroll and keeps track of vacations
- Files invoices with processed checks to maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Creates weekly sales report.
- Provide financial reports as requested by President & Administration or Human Resources & Finance Director.
- Assists with annual audits and closing.
- Assists with administrative tasks upon request.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
