**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage executive schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized records of office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support the execution of contracts and agreements through DocuSign as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on organizational skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Previous office experience is preferred, along with familiarity with clerical duties such as filing and document management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
