Idealogical Systems has been in business since 1955 and we are growing our company. We are hiring for a Outside Sales Business Development Representative who is the ultimate team player, fits our culture and who has the right balance of qualifications.
All our positions are client facing in some capacity.
Idealogical is in Markham and serves clients headquartered in and around Toronto. Most of the companies we actively seek out and market to exist in the GTA and are of like mind and culture to our own.
We are a small business, and we serve small businesses which, for our purposes, means companies under 200 employees.
This position requires you to be at our office.

**As an awesome Outside Sales Development Representative, you will be**:
- Working with our sales support team to target new clients
- Analyzing, qualifying and engaging in new businesses
- Leading the sales process by coordinating multiple decision-makers, negotiating tactical positions and winning the confidence of clients
- Demonstrating professional sales strategies, tactics and education
- Putting together a plan for developing your accounts and growing new ones within the territory
- Continuing to adjust your forecasts to sales quota targets and discuss with the leadership team on a timely basis
- Partnering with our internal resources for processing orders and reporting on business within your accounts

**As a knowledgeable Outside Sales Development Representative, you will need to have**:
- 5+ years of professional selling experience of IT solutions including software, hardware and services
- Experience working with/for established organizations in and around the GTA
- A proven track records of achieving quotas and corporate goals based on managing yourself and your activities
- Top-notch spoken and written communication skills
- Confidence sitting at the Executive table while building trust and strong relationships with clients
- Sales methodology training
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
