To accelerate our growth, we seek an experienced Business Development Associate (Fund Sales) with an established investor network to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (Fund Sales) to drive sales of our investment fund products. This role will focus on building relationships with advisors, brokers, lenders, and other financial professionals to grow the distribution of our fund offerings. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, has experience in financial services, and possesses a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company's investment fund products to investors, advisors, brokers, lenders, and other financial professionals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand fund distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Assist the sales team in executing marketing and business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales to support product campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in investment fund sales or related financial services roles.
  • Experience in mortgage, insurance, brokerage, lending, banking advisory, or mutual funds is a strong asset.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain a broad professional network within the financial services industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with financial products, investment markets, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
