**Rep Basketball Coach - Lead, Teach, Inspire (Seasonal | September -April)**
- U12/U13 /U14/U15 Boys & Girls Practices will be held in Markham/Thornhill/Richmond Hill/Stouffville, Ontario area_
- _Part-Time | Evenings + Weekends_

Are you a dedicated basketball coach with a passion for player development and team leadership? Are you ready to _captain the ship_ and guide a rep team through an exciting, competitive season? If you believe in teaching players the right way to practice and play, we want to hear from you.

Crunch Time Basketball is looking for **experienced, motivated, and reliable coaches** to join our rep program for the 2025-2026 season. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a respected organization that’s serious about skill development, game IQ, and competitive success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assisting the Head Coach to lead **two 2-hour practices per week**, focusing on skills development, team concepts, and game preparation
- Assisting the Head Coach with **weekend scrimmages and tournaments** across Ontario (including OBA, OBL, and Ontario Cup events)
- **Assisting Head Coach to Communicate clearly and professionally** with parents, players, and program staff
- Be the **leader and role model** your team needs throughout the entire October-April//May season

What You Bring:

- **Minimum 1 year of Rep Basketball, High School, AAU Coaching Experience or relative** (mandatory)
- **Mature, reliable, and professional attitude** — someone who shows up, follows through, and leads with integrity
- Strong knowledge of player development and team systems
- Ability to commit to **the full rep season** from September to April
