Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team in the construction restoration industry, in the Markham / Scarborough area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and driving sales of restoration services within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will excel in a field-based position, connecting with property managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and homeowners to promote the company's services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored restoration solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Stay up to date with construction restoration services (e.g., water, fire, mold remediation) to effectively educate clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Document client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build professional relationships.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth service delivery after the sale.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in the construction, restoration, or insurance sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is required).
  • Knowledge of the local construction and restoration market is a plus.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a field-based role.
Compensation:
  • Base salary plus commission, based on experience.
