Two exciting opportunities have come up to join the Impact Healthcare at our new South West location and our original South End Barrie We are seeking two **experienced**and reliable Administrative Assistants/Front desk Receptionists to join our multidisciplinary team (chiros, physios, massage therapists, admins etc).

Our modern clinic has 10 private treatment rooms, as well as over 5000 square ft of space with an on-site private gym space.

**Experience**:

- Customer service experience considered an asset
- **Minimum 2 years** working in office administration in a healthcare/clinical setting
- **Minimum 1 year**experience with insurance billings (MVA, WSIB), processing payments and appointment databases
- **Experience**with direct billing and working with insurance companies.
- **Must have previous experience** working in a medical/rehabilitation clinical setting

**Qualifications**:

- High school graduate, minimum Grade 12
- Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Innovative and willing to learn
- Commitment to customer service and team work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Coordinates patient appointments, phone calls, and messages in a busy clinic
- Assists patients and clinicians with paperwork (including WSIB and MVA)
- Receives and issues payments
- Communicates with referral sources and contacts for outreach opportunities over the phone
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Charts/files/faxes and completes data entry
- ‪Performs opening and closing procedures
- May be responsible for other duties as assigned

Required hours:
Monday 7:45-3pm

Tuesday 2-8pm

Wednesday 7:45-3pm

Friday 12-4 (E/O)

Every other Sat 7:45-2pm

*Approx 60 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Required hours:
Tuesday 2-8

Wednesday 11-6

Thursday 7:45-3

Saturday 7:45-2

*Approx 52 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
