Job Summary:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, invoicing, accounts receivables, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

The position can accommodate flexible work hours and options for hybrid work from home and in office hours.

**Duties**:

- Answer phone

- Invoicing/Receivables
- Payroll
- Prepare quotes
- Create and submit work logs
- Process e-transfer payments and bank deposits
- Payables
- Order materials
- Timekeeping
- Filing
- Creating and Handling Contracts
- Business Advertising and Social Media
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proper phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
